Terms and conditions

Sadly, due to trial and error and experiences in the past I have to communicate the not so fun part of our agreement. So here are my terms and conditions.

• -Cancelations within 24hrs of an appointment will be charged. For short maintenance (up to 1.5 hrs) €25, - For long maintenance (1.5 hrs and up) and installment €45,-

• For installation appointments (estimate of service €200, - or more) there will be a deposit charged of 33% (for instance: service charges estimated is €300,- and the deposit therefore would be €100,-) The deposit will be taken off the total costs of the service.

• If you cancel (1 month notice for installation) or do not appear or on an appointment (no show), any deposit made will not be refunded. Also, with no show, the 24 hr agreement will apply as well. This means you will lose 33% deposit plus €45,- on the no show. 

• Please note that if you reschedule an installation appointment your deposit will still hold up, but the 24 hr agreement with apply. 

• Please understand that if you cancel an appointment within 24 hrs I can't fill in that spot. Cancelling an installation causes me to fill in reserved time where there have been preparations done to beneficiary of the client.

• When you asked a service of lengthening your locs with human hair I will charge €75,- for the human hair (full Head) when second hair can be used (sources through a company that deliveres the second hand human hair) . When new hair has to be bought, then the price of the hair that needs to be bought will be charged including taxes and shipping due to me being in the dutch kor-regeling (I can't substract taxes). This hair can be delivered to you when you cancel, then you have to pay for shipping. If you don't want the hair you will lose your payment and will be refunded 33% of the total price due to me not able to put it to use on the next client. Hair is bought specifically for your hair colour. 

• Last but not least: If you are not happy with something please communicate this to me so we can come up with a solution. There's always something I can do to make it a happy experience
